Conference “BRIDGES BEYOND BORDERS: Ukrainian Women’s Leadership and Professional Integration for Ukraine’s Recovery”

On 25 September, the international online conference "Bridges Beyond Borders: Ukrainian Women's Leadership and Professional Integration for Ukraine's Recovery" will take place.

The conference is organised by Synergy Club (Ukraine) in partnership with The European Centre for Freedom and Independence (Vienna, Austria).

The professional integration of Ukrainian women abroad has long moved beyond individual stories. Today it is a powerful resource for rebuilding Ukraine, spreading Ukrainian expertise across the world and strengthening women's leadership on the international stage. Every story of a job, an internship or a career step is a contribution to the future that shapes a new image of Ukraine as a country with high human capital.

The Bridges Beyond Borders conference will be a space for those who see professional integration not only as a personal achievement but also as a path to the transformations needed for the country's recovery.

- How do personal stories of professional integration become a resource for rebuilding Ukraine?
