A single service for automated search, application and management of humanitarian grants goes live in Ukraine

An international grant platform that has worked with humanitarian donors for more than 10 years has become publicly available to Ukrainian organisations. The Portal365 service brings together 4,700 grant-makers, including UN agencies, embassies and humanitarian programmes, and lets you fully automate the process of applying for and managing grants. Its main tools: searching for grant opportunities; generating and formatting applications; integrated submission; project management and financial reporting. One of the key features is the Due Diligence module, which lets organisations assess and improve their own operational capacity, a criterion that humanitarian donors consider before making a funding decision. The system is built on confidentiality principles similar to banking: the team has no access to users’ internal accounts, and all data is protected in line with GDPR requirements. “We want Ukrainian organisations to have access to all the opportunities in the world, and the grant application process to become systematic and clear. The platform provides a full cycle, from search to financial management, while protecting user data at the level of international standards,” said Svitlana Olieinikova, the official representative of Portal365 in Ukraine and founder of the Synergy Academy of grant professions.
